Ty comes from three generations of family in the Construction Industry. Ty has 20 years of Construction Industry experience, including Industrial, Stadium, US Corps of Army Engineers and healthcare projects. Residential construction presented a new and exciting challenge when he and Brian founded TK Morrison Construction in 2012. Over the years Ty has built a network of design, trade, municipality and supplier resources to help you with your project. Ty manages the staff that is assigned to your project and oversees the operations of TK Morrison. Ty was born in Fort Collins, Colorado and attended Colorado State University where he received a degree in Construction Management. In his spare time he enjoys doing CrossFit, spending time outdoors and being a husband and father.
Jen is an integral part of the TK Morrison team. Jen manages the financial side of building your home, this involves bookkeeping, loan management and payment processing. She also acts as the liaison between Xcel, local municipalities and other vendors involved in your build.
Before TK Morrison, Martin worked in Industrial Construction, building power plants around the US, followed by Civil Construction in Colorado. What drew Martin to TKM was the opportunity to maintain a better work life balance, enabling him to spend more time traveling with his wife and hanging out with his dog. Martin’s position with TKM is to act as a liaison between clients, architects and engineers to develop the best design for the client. Martin helps the client’s develop a budget for their build and provide monthly budget check ins should any questions arise during the duration. Martin is a Colorado native, he is an avid fisherman, hunter and bee keeper, with his own apiary.
Elizabeth came on to TK Morrison, after they built her and her husband’s home in Wheat Ridge. She helps support the office and project managers with any tasks that may arise. As well as, helping maintain individual project information to ensure all details are up to date and all client requests are taken care of. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending her time with her husband and two daughters.
Dennis is a Colorado native by the way of Haxtun, CO and University of Northern Colorado graduate. Dennis has been in the construction field from his very first job at 15. Dennis works on site and supervises the final stages of construction from drywall through completion.
Chris grew up in homebuilding, with his grandfather and uncle as custom homebuilders. Chris has 25+ years of residential and commercial construction experience. Chris graduated from Oklahoma State University as an aviation major and holds a private pilots license. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Tina and son, Austin. They enjoy anything outdoors from glamping in their toy hauler, fly fishing, rafting, motorcycles and bird bunting with his Brittany spinal, Copper.
Matt moved to Colorado in 2017 after spending 10+ years in Brooklyn, where he received a MFA in sculpture from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. Matthew joined the TK Morrison team in 2019. He spends the majority of his time on the job sites, helping maintain the schedule of sub contractors to ensure everything is moving smoothly.
