There are many variables and caveats that affect the timeline. The total cost also largely depends on the size and complexity of the home. The process from the initial meeting with our team to the time you move into your new home takes an average of 18 Months. When we receive a building permit and are “Shovel Ready” our average home build time is 10 Months.

We build in the greater Denver area, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Greenwood Village and Jefferson County.
We are willing to help with additions or re-models on the homes we have previously built. Any other project we will consider on a case by case basis.
